• At this time, StoryTimeFelts.com ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, StoryTimeFelts.com ships merchandise to Canada, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Some products suc as the Bible Sets, may be shipped from a California or Utah warehouse. We use Fedex, UPS and USPS for shipping.

  • You may make a return within 30 days from the date of sale
  • All returns must be new, in original unopened packaging; show no signs of use or assembly;  and include all documentation. We do not accept a return on opened packages.

  We do not charge our customers a restocking fee when the above requirements are met.   Any returns not meeting the above requirements are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee per our discretion.

  Please email us to obtain a return authorization. Some felt sets may have to be returned to different locations.  sales@storytimefelts.com

  You are responsible for making all return shipping arrangements.   We highly recommend choosing a carrier that provides tracking information and shipping insurance.

  Upon receipt of return and inspection, a credit (minus any shipping and handling charges)will be issued to the original payment method.   Credits are usually issued within one week of receipt of returns.

  Returns should include the packing ship, the e-mailed order confirmation or your order number.  

  Shipping & Handling Charges:   If you paid for shipping with your order, the shipping amount is not refundable.  If your original purchase qualified for free shipping and you choose to return any part or all of the order, you will still be responsible to pay for all shipping costs that were originally incurred by storytimefelts.com  to ship your order.  These shipping amounts will be deducted from your refund.

  Refusal of Shipment:   A package that is refused for delivery is the same as making a return and the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges incurred by storytimefelts.com .   These charges apply even if the order qualified for free shipping.   This helps to defray “unnecessary” shipping costs and allows us to offer the lowest prices possible.
