Shipping policy

Shipping Rates: Free shipping for orders of $16.99 and above for USA addresses. Shipping for orders under $16.99 are $6. We typically ship small orders by USPS ground advantage which includes $100 of insurance. 

Mailing & Shipping Address: Please be sure to include your mailing and shipping  addresses if they are different. We do sometimes ship larger orders by UPS or Fedex. If your shipping address does not accept mail, please also include a mailing address like this:

Address verification: All addresses are verified through the shipping partner. If your address can not be verified, we will send you an email. If there is no reply within 24 hours, your order may be cancelled. You are welcome to repurchase anytime with a valid mailing address. 

Insurance claims: In the unlikely event we need to file an insurance claim, you are expect to assist in the manner. This is typically by filling out a form and returning to the post office or sending to UPS/Fedex.
